Back in January '24, I described  'Seven Pillars of Growth': #1:  Self Awareness   #2:  Awareness of others   #3:  Meaning   #4:  Learning   #5:   Resilience   #6:  Forgiveness   #7:  Presence Since then I have been writing an e-book about this, and aim to turn it into an online programme in which one can work each of the seven pillars into ones' life, relationships, business, health parenting and such. In my view, it is good to have seven pillars to hold you up. I've found that it is practically impossible to live these values; in isolation. Each one supports the other in some way.
